We used to! Due to frames breaking during shipping quite frequently, we have decided to only ship prints now.
What size are your prints?
We have three sizes, 8 x 10 inches (standard), 12 x 15 inches (large) and 13 x 19 inches (extra large).
How do you ship your prints?
We ship 8 x 10 prints in a flat rigid mailing envelope and our 12 x 15 and 13 x 19 prints in fortified shipping tubes.
Do you do custom prints?
We do! You can create custom prints via this link with all your favorite locations!
How long do custom prints take to make?
It depends! But I’d say order at least two weeks before if you wanted it by a specific date! Customers are able to provide deadlines for us on custom prints, and we try to follow them as best we can.
Where do your products ship from?
All of our products are printed and shipped in-house from Austin, Texas
How long does it take to ship out my order?
We try and ship out prints as fast as possible, usually 2-3 days, but we have real jobs and lives, which may sometimes get in the way!
How long does shipping take?
We have found USPS Ground to be increasingly slow in recent months, it can take typically take anywhere from 3-10 days for your print to get delivered once shipped, all depending on where you are located in the United States. If you have a deadline you are working around, we recommend choosing Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Currently, we do not. However, if you live in Europe contact us, Max lives in Amsterdam and can ship various different prints within the EU.
I don’t see my University or City, how do I request it?
You can always request your university or city via this link!
Are these physical matchboxes in a shadowbox?
Nope! Just prints of them!
